Visit started off great. The lady who I believe is the owner/manager walked me through the options and helped me choose a shade. My pedicure was done by a Hispanic tech (I think her name was Maria?). She did a great job. For my hands, I got an SNS tip set, which was done by who I think is either the owner or manager. She was nice, but since she was managing everything: checking in walk-ins, answering phone calls…
